What the client needed,
and what we built.

Paula has spent forty-two years as a dressmaker, pattern maker and seamstress, including work for Australian fashion labels. When she came to us, a previous social media agency had left her with a broken system: her account disabled, visuals that changed from post to post, and positioning that pointed nowhere. No bookings came in. No trust had been built. Then two deeper problems sat on top of that. The debutante market is crowded and every competitor makes the same promise, which left her real advantage, four decades of hands-on craft, completely invisible. And the content that existed didn't carry the weight of the gowns, so the price became a question mark instead of an obvious answer.

Identity, content, and distribution built together instead of in sequence: a distinctive visual world designed for social from day one, launch shoots produced before the doors opened, and a posting strategy engineered to compound rather than spike.

Every piece of content pointed at one action — booking — with the social presence doing the work of a sales team the business didn’t have yet.

what changed

01
We gave the brand its soul back by putting Paula in it: her hands, her fittings, the history behind the way she cuts a pattern. Then we repositioned everything around production value. Each gown is shot the way the girl wearing it pictures herself, not the way a product catalogue would frame it. Shoot by shoot we worked through the range piece by piece, until the craftsmanship was visible in the frame and the price made sense before anyone had to ask. We followed with a full website rebuild so the site holds the same standard as the work driving people to it.
