What the client needed,
and what we built.

Real Deal is a buyers advocacy business helping everyday Australians build cashflow-positive property portfolios, with an entry point around $70k in savings or usable equity. The category is loud and full of hype, and Jake's real differentiator, that he and Steven built their own portfolios before advising anyone. Leads were coming in, but there was nothing connecting what he posted to what actually converted.

We built the whole engine rather than a content calendar. It starts with his language: a tagline and sayings bank drawn from his own beliefs, with locked rules on what he does and doesn't say, numbers first, no hype. From there, a twelve-week filming schedule of twelve subjects, three angles each, with a format per topic. Car for conviction pieces, desk for numbers and teaching, walk-and-talk for anything location-dependent. We script, film and edit, delivered through a branded web app that flags his next unfilmed week so he shoots in batches.

Underneath that we built the funnel and took over ad management, so organic and paid run as one flywheel: the content earns the trust, the ads carry the intent, the funnel converts.

the result

what changed

01
Real Deal came to us pulling 10 to 15 leads a week. We built a content system that ships consistently without heroics, scripts through to the ad cuts that go into paid: formats the audience recognises, production the team can sustain, and distribution that makes each recording work several times over. With increased budget and capability they now clear 100 leads a week.
